WHAT SIZE ARE THE UNITS ?

Our commercial units start from approximately 250 square ft up to 1000 square ft. We also have the ability to combine individual units if larger spaces are required.

Is my unit private or shared?

All the units are private with independent access and control. However, in case you want to share your space with other business we can discuss this option

what are the access hours to the building ?

Our units are accessible 24/7, 7 days of the week. We do not restrict access to the units at any time of the day. 

can vehicles come for delivery/ collection ?

Our locations have adequate parking space and access for your staff to manage delivery/ collection of food and inventory

can i get additional space for storage/ office ?

We can offer additional office space and storage on need basis. Moreover, we can provide more space with power supply for additional equipment

who maintains hygiene in common areas ?

We maintain all common areas, toilets and external areas on regular basis. Private cleaning can be offered at an additional cost

how do i pay for utilities ?

All utilities like power, water, gas, ventilation, etc are separately metered and billed directly to you as per the locally prevailing rates which are payable on a monthly basis

do you provide equipment?

We provide a fully built unit with all basic infrastructure. You have to get your own equipment as required. We can always facilitate it for you from our partner vendors
